Colorado HJR 07-1050 Behavioral Health Task Force Report

January 2008 In 2007, the Colorado Legislature passed House Joint Resolution 07-1050 to create a task force (1050 Task Force) for the study of behavioral health funding and treatment. This final report is the result of the 1050 Task Forces efforts to study mental health and substance abuse services in order to coordinate the efforts of state agencies, streamline the services provided, and maximize federal and other funding sources.
