On July 24, 2012, the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services released a request for proposals for crisis unit and 23 hour stabilization program services. The stabilization program services would include 23-hour crisis observation, evaluation, holding, and stabilization of adult individuals. Services would be provided in one of three counties: Tulsa, Carter, or Pottawatomie County. Responses were due on August 6, 2012.
