In this notice released July 28, 2014, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Community Planning and Development HUD established an order of priority for assigning chronically homeless individuals and families to permanent supportive housing through the Continuums of Care Homeless Assistance Program funding.
