Indiana Medicaid RFP 15-001 Seeks Risk Based Managed Care Services For Beneficiaries With Disabilities
On July 25, 2014, the Indiana Department of Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning released a request for proposals (RFP 15-001) seeking managed care entities (MCEs) to provide risk-based services for 84,000 aged, blind, and disabled Medicaid beneficiaries through the new Hoosier Care Connect coordinated care program.
