August 1, 2013 In August 2013, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released a Powerpoint presentation by Michelle Roozeboom, PhD, General Dynamics Information Technology, covering the goals and initial results from the Medicare-Medicaid Enrollee Analytic Data Source project. Project objective is to address questions related to: Eligibility; Enrollment; Cost; Utilization; Physical and mental health conditions; and Conditions related to intellectual, developmental and physical disability. Included in the presentation are data file overviews; service types; chronic/clinical conditions tracked, including mental health and tobacco, and disability-related conditions.
