On October 1, 2014, ResCare Workforce Services started a new contract with the West Piedmont Workforce Investment Board (WPWIB) in Virginia. The WPWIB released this procurement August 1, 2014 after the WPWIB and the incumbent, Pittsylvania County Community Action, Inc. agreed to mutually terminate their agreement. Proposals were due by August 22, 2014.
