Alaska Seeks Design, Development & Implementation Of Disability Services Provider Portal & Automated Service Plan System

On January 16, 2014, the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services (HSS), Division of Senior and Disabilities Services (DSDS) announced it had awarded Harmony Information Systems, Inc. a $2.5 million contract to design, develop, and implement a new DSDS Provider Portal and Automated Service Plan (PP and ASP) solution. The new PP and ASP solution is slated to launch in January 2015. The contract period for Harmony’s work started in January 2014 and runs through November 30, 2015, followed by four optional one-year operations and maintenance renewals.
