Texas DFPS Notice To Lutheran Social Services Of The South Regarding Decision On Foster Care Redesign Contract

On August 9, 2012, the Texas Department of Family Protective Services (DFPS) released a letter to Lutheran Social Services of the South Inc. regarding the foster care redesign contract. The letter was a notice of non-award for the metropolitan catchment area. DFPS stated that it would end negotiations for a final contract with Lutheran Social Services of the South Inc. and no award would be made.
