Medicare Advantage Value-Based Insurance Design Model Test –Advanced Notice Of Contract Year 2018 Model Changes

On August 10, 2016, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released this memorandum announcing changes to the Medicare Advantage Value-Based Insurance Design (MA-VBID) model test for contract year 2018. The changes expand the chronic conditions to be included under the model and the states that will test the model.
