Ohio Transitions – Help Me Grow Early Intervention Program
Ohio is redesigning the operational structure for its Early Intervention program called Help Me Grow (HMG) to shift some federally-required Early Intervention program components from the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) to the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD). A key goal is to embed and integrate evidence-based Early Intervention practices into services throughout the statewide system. This document is a progress report.
