Wisconsin DHS Proposed Memorandum Of Understanding For Virtual PACE Duals Demonstration
On December 19, 2013, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) announced its withdrawal from the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' (CMS') Demonstration to Integrate Care for Dual Eligible Individuals because the state was unable to agree with CMS on the terms.
