Disability Rights Florida and two individuals known as T.W. and P.M. filed a class action complaint against the Florida Department of Children and Families and the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, on behalf of over 300 individuals with psychiatric disabilities who claim they are unnecessarily segregated in state treatment facilities.
