West Virginia DHHR Appeal of Court Order in E.H. vs. Matin

August 16, 2010 the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) submitted a Medicaid waiver to provide home- and community-based services for persons with traumatic brain injuries (TBI). The legislature has set aside $800,000 in state funding for the program; the annual cost is expected to be $2 million.
