August 17, 2006 Missouri MRDD: Home & Community Based Services Organizational Review This report summarizes key findings from a broad review of Missouri Mental Retardation and Developmental Disability (MRDD) home and community-based services. The review was conducted by three teams, which between them spent 3-4 days in May 2006 in each of Missouri's 11 MRDD Regional Center areas - in each area interviewing consumers, families, provider staff and Missouri Department of Mental Health staff.
