On August 17, 2016, Plaintiff Glenda Jimmo filed this complaint against Defendant Sylvia Mathews Burwell, Secretary of Health and Human Services regarding motion for resolution of noncompliance with the Settlement Agreement, which states the skilled nursing services must be provided to Medicare beneficiaries who show no potential for improvement, but need skilled care.
