Kansas Request To Amend The KanCare Medicaid Section 1115 Demonstration, 11-W-00283/7 To Carve-In Developmental Disability Waiver Services

The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) submitted the waiver amendment to move home-and community-based services provided via the developmental disability waiver to the states KanCare Medicaid managed care organizations (MCOs) as of January 1, 2014. This population is already enrolled in KanCare for other Medicaid services.
