Order in Georgia v. Centers For Medicare & Medicaid

On August 19, 2022, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, Brunswick Division pubished this order in the case of Georgia v. Centers For Medicare & Medicaid. The order overrules the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' (CMS') blockage of the Georgia Pathways program, and allows implementation of the program to proceed.
