On August 22, 2012, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts published a memorandum of understanding between The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for a federal-state partnership to test a capitated financial alignment model for Medicare-Medicaid enrollees.
