Sustaining Grassroots Community-Based Programs: A Toolkit for Community- & Faith-Based Service Providers

August 2008 The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) seeks to help providers develop sustainable programs that endure after grant funding ends. A focus on sustainable development also leads to the organizations long-term survival, which results in more capacity for consumers.
