On August 24, 2012, Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) released a request for proposals for entities seeking certification by DHS to contract as managed care organizations for the delivery of the Family Care and Family Care Partnership programs. Family Care and Family Care Partnership are health and long-term care programs for low-income frail elders and adults with developmental or physical disabilities who have long-term care needs.
