Florida Department of Juvenile Justice DJJ ITN 10341 For A High-Risk Residential Program For Boys Ages 15-18 In Need of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Treatment, Located in South Region

In this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) sought a contractor to manage a high-risk facility in Palm Beach that provides specialized mental health and substance use disorder treatment to 70 adolescent males who are in DJJ custody. By the October 1, 2015, response deadline, DJJ received two responses, one from Sequel TSI of Florida, LLC (an operating division of Sequel) and the other from Youth Opportunity Investments, LLC.
