Transforming Louisiana’s Long Term Care Supports & Services System Concept Paper

The Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals (DHH) is planning to move Medicaid long-term services and supports (LTSS) from fee-for-service reimbursement to managed care in the near future, according to a concept paper released on August 30, 2013. The concept paper proposes an initial framework for the shift and seeks comments from consumers, community members, advocates and the public for implementing managed LTSS.
