On August 31, 2012, the CDM Group, Inc. published a report on recommendations for a coordinated evaluation design to tie results from the numerous Medicare, Medicaid and Dual Eligible delivery system reform initiatives and Affordable Care Act (ACA) provisions into an overall model of health system change.
