August 25, 2008 The Michigan Department of Human Services is seeking statewide bids for three-year actual cost contracts from appropriately qualified vendors to strengthen and enhance services for the states homeless youth and runaway (HYR) under the age of 21. This RFP seeks to develop a more integrated system of services along a continuum of care.
