A Path Forward: The Delaware Governor’s Commission on Community-Based Alternatives
July 17, 2007 The Governors Commission on Community-Based Alternatives for Individuals with Disabilities sought to develop a strategic plan to move the state toward a person-centered system. The report is an initial strategic plan for fiscal years 2008-2012 that includes priorities, goals, objectives, action steps, and fiscal notes. The 19-member Commission was established on September 22, 2003. The key goal is to ensure sufficient supply of safe, affordable, integrated, and accessible housing options.
