August 30, 2007 This rate table describes the services and rates approved for the "Bridges to Health" (B2H) program operated by the New York Office of  Child and Family Services (OCFS) and the Department of Health (DOH) that begins in January 2008. The program provides supportive services to children with serious disabilities (developmental, mental health, or medical) who have been placed in the foster care system.
