Alaska Seeks Quality Assurance/Independent Verification & Validation Services For Disability Services Provider Portal & Automated Service Plan System

On January 16, 2014, the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services (HSS), Division of Senior and Disabilities Services (DSDS) announced it had awarded Qualis Health a $1.0 million contract to verify and validate all deliverables for the new DSDS Provider Portal and Automated Service Plan (PP and ASP) solution. The new PP and ASP solution is slated to launch in January 2015. This document is the request for proposals seeking a quality assurance vendor. Qualis Health was the sole bidder.
