Indiana DDRS Update To Provider Organizations On Supervised Group Living Conversion Project

September 6, 2013
The Indiana Division of Disability and Rehabilitative ServicesÂ’ (DDRS) is converting its Supervised Group Living (SGL) services to Medicaid waiver- supported living services and independent case management, with the goal of transitioning all SGL residents by 2015. The SGL conversion project is an outgrowth of the stateÂ’s Medicaid Balancing Incentive Payments project. DDRS started the project in April 2013.
