Vermont Department Of Health Suicide Data Linkage Project Report

On September 12, 2023, the Vermont Department of Health (DOH) published this report about the Suicide Data Linkage Project. The project was created to improve the identification of risk factors for suicide, populations at disproportionate risk for suicide and patterns in how Vermonters who died by suicide interacted with various state, community systems and services prior to death.
