California Blue Ribbon Commission on Children in Foster Care Final Recommendations to the Judicial Council
August 15, 2008 The 42-member commission was charged with providing recommendations on ways that the courts and their partners can improve safety, permanency, well-being, and fairness outcomes for children and families. The commission members held nine meetings and three public hearings throughout the state.
