FY 2013 Awards For New Community Health Center Access Points

On September 13, 2013, the federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) awarded $19 million to fund 32 new health centers in 19 states. The new centers were funded through a provision of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (PPACA). The award amounts ranged from about $275,000 to $920,833.
