Rhode Island Family Care Community Partnerships: Integrated Family & Community System of Care
August 14, 2007 The Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) seeks proposals for "Family Care Community Partnerships: Integrated Family and Community System of Care" from community-based agencies. The selected agencies will provide care coordination services to families and children at-risk of entering the foster care system. A pre-bid conference was held on August 31, 2007 and attended by 120 organizations, most of which already have contracts with the state to provide child or family services.
