Rhode Island Family Care Community Partnerships: Integrated Family & Community System of Care

August 14, 2007 The Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) seeks proposals for "Family Care Community Partnerships: Integrated Family and Community System of Care" from community-based agencies. The selected agencies will provide care coordination services to families and children at-risk of entering the foster care system. A pre-bid conference was held on August 31, 2007 and attended by 120 organizations, most of which already have contracts with the state to provide child or family services. The DCYF hopes that with these new community-based initiatives, more options would be available to families before children . . .
