Final Report: Commission on Long-Term Care

In September 2013, the Commission on Long-Term Care issued a PowerPoint summarizing its final report and recommendations. The Commission is statutorily charged with developing a plan for the establishment, implementation, and financing of a comprehensive, coordinated, and high-quality system that ensures the availability of long-term services and supports for individuals in need of such services and supports. The Commission Report addresses the following areas: Call to Action; Specific Challenges to Providing Long Term Services And Supports (LTSS); Recommendations with regard to service delivery, workforce, and financing; and Advancing the Agenda.
