Federal Commission On Long-Term Care Final Report Presentation

On September 18, 2013, the Federal Commission On Long-Term Care published their Final Report Presentation with the ultimate goal of creating a more responsive, integrated, and financially sustainable long term services and supports (LTSS) delivery system that ensures people can access quality services in settings they choose at a lower overall cost of care. To do so, they offered to alternative approaches: 1) Private options to strengthen financing; and 2) Social insurance.
