On September 19, 2022, the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) published this final report by RTI International regarding resident and facility factors associated with high risk of discharge from nursing facilities from 2012 through 2017.
