U.S. Commission On Civil Rights: Patient Dumping 2014 Statutory Enforcement Report
The report is based on a U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (USCCR) hearing in March 2014 about patient dumping of individuals with psychiatric conditions. The USCCR is an independent, bipartisan agency established by Congress in 1957.The hearing report was issued in September 2014.
