Minnesota Medicaid Reentry Demonstration Approval

Minnesota's 1115 Medicaid demonstration waiver to cover reentry services was approved on September 23, 2026, by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The demonstration is effective from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2031.
