CRIPA Investigation of the Scioto Juvenile Correctional Facility, Delaware, Ohio

May 2007 The United States Department of Justice conducted a Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act (CRIPA) review of the Scioto Juvenile Correctional Facility in Delaware, Ohio. The review began June 29, 2005. The investigators conducted an on-site review of the facility in November 2005. They reviewed documentation, and conducted interviews with teachers, administrators, staff, mental health and medical care providers, and residents.
