Special Master’s Report On The Salinas Valley Psychiatric Program

Federal Judge Lawrence Karlton ordered the investigation of the Soledad prison psychiatric unit in July 2013 following a four-day hearing about conditions in the facility, which is run by the California Department of State Hospitals.
