MassHealth: Payment for Acute Hospital Services effective November 1, 2012, Includes Psychiatric Hospitals

September 30, 2012
Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) has released a notice of proposed agency action for MassHealth payment for acute hospital services. The changes to payment for services provided by in-state acute hospitals will be effective November 1, 2012. The notice included a complete description of payment methods for MassHealth acute hospital inpatient and outpatient services for rate year 2013.
