Illinois Seeks Social Impact Bonds Program Services

On December 3, 2013, the state of Illinois published a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide professional services relating to IllinoisÂ’ Social Impact Bonds Program. This RFP specifically seeks responses to undertake social impact bonds initiatives related to: 1) Providing wraparound community-based services to increase placement stability for crossover youth dually involved in DCFS and IDJJ; and 2) Improving employment, educational, and recidivism outcomes for justice-involved youth at a high risk of reoffending.
