The report was released in September 2024 by the Indiana Behavioral Health Commission. The commission was charged with making recommendations related to the overall improvement of the behavioral and mental health of Indiana residents. The report includes 20 recommendations about the inventory of behavioral health services, funding and data, services for youth and families, and system design and access.
