Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). This fact sheet is designed to aid parents who think their children may have experienced a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and answers questions like: What is TBI?; How Common is TBI?; What Are the Signs of TBI?; Is There Help Available?; and What About School?
