Florida DCF Recovery Residence Report, Fiscal Year 2013-2014 General Appropriations Act

The Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) analyzed public input solicited to questions directed by the state’s 2013-2014 budget appropriations act. The legislature had directed DCF to develop a plan to determine whether to establish a licensure/registration process relating to residential facilities that provide managed and peer-supported alcohol- and drug-free living environments for persons recovering from addiction.
