2016 Annual Report in U.S. v. North Carolina Olmstead Settlement Agreement

On October 1, 2016, independent reviewer, Martha B. Knisley, released this annual report regarding the U.S. v. North Carolina Olmstead Settlement Agreement. This is the third annual report issued on the status of compliance with the provisions of the settlement agreement (SA) in United States v. North Carolina (Case 5:12-cv-000557-F) signed on August 23, 2012. The Report documents and discusses the State’s efforts to meet obligations required by July 1, 2016. This Report assesses the State’s compliance with each of the Settlement’s substantive provisions as of June 30, 2016.
