Ruling In American Hospital Association v. Azar, Joint Status Report

On October 1, 2019, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia released this joint status report on the final ruling in the case American Hospital Association v. Azar. The joint status report states that the parties do not agree on whether additional briefing is necessary; the plaintiffs request that the Court deny the pending motion to modify order, and order the parties to meet to discuss the form and timing of compensation to hospitals for past underpayments.
