On October 2, 2012, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services approved New Jersey's request for a new Medicaid demonstration. The demonstration is titled the New Jersey Comprehensive Waiver. The demonstration began on October 1, 2012 and will be effective through June 30, 2017.
