California Assembly Bill 988 Of 2022: 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

The legislation was signed on October 3, 2022. It establishes a framework and funding mechanism for the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the state. Additional funding and federal grants support the implementation and ongoing costs for the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
