Tennessee Section 1115 Waiver Extension Application For Enhanced HCBS Supports

On October 12, 2022, the Tennessee division of Medicaid (TennCare) published this Section 1115 waiver extension request for enhanced home- and community-based services (HCBS) supports. This request is to create a non-emergency demonstration amendment to make an enhanced array of HCBS supports available under the demonstration a regular, ongoing feature of the demonstration. This amendment will allow Tennessee to continue providing an enhanced array of HCBS supports for individuals with disabilities on an ongoing basis beyond the end of the state’s currently approved authority . . .
