On October 9, 2012, Continuum of Care Partnership released a strategic financial reinvestment update on the Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF). The Continuum of Care Partnership recommended that DCF conduct a statewide service needs assessment. In 2013, DCF is expected to conduct multiple service reductions and enhancements.
